Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. If you’ve got feet, we’ll find a way to reach you — no matter where you are.

Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our international warehouse network, with most shipments processed through our secure hub in Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing your order quickly — often within hours. If you need to make a change, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, it may be too late — but don’t stress. You can always return your product once it arrives, hassle-free.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards — VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and also PayPal for your peace of mind.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays. We move fast because we know you’re not buying this on a whim — you’re buying it to feel better. That matters to us.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on your location. If it's been over 30 days, contact us — you’re eligible for a full refund.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If 30 days have passed and your order hasn’t shown up, we’ll make it right. Email us. We’ve got your back — always.

Will I be charged customs or duties?
Prices are listed tax-free in USD. Depending on your country, import duties and customs fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer. We wish we could change this — but sadly, taxes answer to no one. For clarity, contact your local customs office before ordering.

How do I return an item?

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
That’s on us — and we’ll fix it fast. Send us your order number, photos, and a quick message describing the issue. We'll take care of it like it's our own problem — because it is.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method. If it’s taking longer, please reach out to your bank or card provider — they sometimes take longer to post the funds.
